Our experts have decades of experience, working in a variety of fields, including composite construction, yacht management, yacht brokerage and bespoke yacht procurement and managing race campaigns- both on and off the water.

Who We Are
Founded in 2021 by Ross Daniel, Minerva brings together expertise in sports campaigns, partnerships and major event delivery.
Our roots are in elite sailing, from America’s Cup campaigns to round-the-world racing. That experience underpins our work across sport today, including boxing, padel and large international events, while Minerva Europe continues to deliver yacht management and Minerva Composites specialises in bespoke carbon fibre builds, including racing yachts.
